An estate is faced with different threats. These include an estate owner’s status as a public figure or celebrity, the possibility of a kidnapping, or even the simple existence of the estate itself. A large home surrounded by well-kept grounds makes an interesting target with numerous points of entry. Estate security systems need to be much more than an alarm system, and are engineered in accordance with the Three layers concept.
Estate systems require more functionality, incorporate more systems, and must be capable of effectively handling a multitude of situations. Estate systems process a larger volume of information that must be effectively coordinated and presented. When an event occurs, the system displays the event location on the graphical property map, selects the appropriate camera view, and verbally announces the location. From a touchscreen, you can arm or disarm your system, open gates, turn on lights, etc. Global Custom Security designs extremely versatile systems that are also extremely simple to use.
Global Custom Security provides the estate owner with information and control. Information is derived from integrating cameras, outdoor security, and alarm systems into an intuitive touchscreen display. Each estate’s touchscreen control system is a unique creation with custom graphics rendered for that estate. These graphical interfaces allow the estate owner, security detail or caretaker to know the location of an event at a glance and enable response and control of that event.
Global Custom Security can also provide and install home entertainment, telephone systems, estate access control, and computer networks. In fact, we can install any low-voltage system. We have extensive experience in the design of safe rooms (panic rooms) with independent secure communication and complete monitoring of the entire estate. Global Custom Security has the capability to link multiple estates together. This provides the owner or estate manager instant remote control.
There are many auxiliary capabilities to these security system. Additional sensors may be added that can monitor temperature in a wine cellar or storage freezer, protect safes, artwork and detect smoke or heat buildup.
